Neon Driftline

Neon Driftline doesn't care about realism and that's the whole point. It's about sliding your car sideways through glowing corners while a synth soundtrack pushes you forward. Tap to drift, hold to extend it, chain them for speed boosts.

The tracks are short and loop nicely, which keeps the arcade energy up. Time trials are where the game really shines because shaving half a second becomes a small obsession. I lost an evening to one track without noticing.

Touch controls can feel twitchy at first on smaller screens, but there's a sensitivity slider that fixes most of it. Once dialed in, it's a blast.
